Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed on the website leticiapaschetta.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and where it comes from
This website is informational. It does not include contact forms, user registration, comments, a newsletter or an online shop. We therefore process only the following:
- Data you send us voluntarily by email or telephone. If you write to the addresses published on the site or call the telephone numbers shown, we process the identifying and contact details you provide (name, email address, telephone number) and the content of your message.
- Anonymous browsing statistics. We measure visits with a self-hosted tool that stores no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. See section 7 and our Cookie policy.
- Technical server logs. Our hosting provider records connection data (IP address, date and time, resource requested, browser) for security and diagnostic purposes.
We do not process special categories of data, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. Purposes and legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| To answer enquiries and requests you send us | Consent of the data subject, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR) |
| To manage a professional relationship, should one arise | Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| To keep the website secure and operational, and to produce anonymous visitor statistics | Legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| To comply with legal obligations, where applicable | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) |
4. How long we keep your data
Data received by email is kept for as long as the exchange remains relevant and, thereafter, for the periods required to deal with any liability arising from it. Where a professional relationship arises, data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the limitation periods laid down by tax and commercial law. Server logs are kept for a short period, as determined by the hosting provider, for security purposes.
5. Recipients
Your data will not be sold or transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Data may be accessed by the service providers we rely on in order to operate, acting as data processors under a contract that complies with Article 28 GDPR:
- Hosting provider. The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
- Email provider. Correspondence sent to the published addresses is handled by the corresponding email service provider.
No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are envisaged. Should any such transfer become necessary, it will be carried out with the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access — to know whether we process your data and to obtain a copy of it.
- Rectification — to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure — to have your data deleted where it is no longer necessary.
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Restriction — to request that processing be limited in the cases provided for by law.
- Portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to PaschettaCavallero@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document that proves your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).
7. Website statistics
We measure visits using Burst Statistics, an analytics tool installed on our own server. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses in an identifiable form, does not share data with third parties and does not build advertising profiles. The statistics obtained are aggregate and anonymous.
8. No third-party resources
This website loads no resources from external servers: the typefaces, images, styles and scripts are all served from our own domain. Browsing the site therefore involves no communication of your IP address to advertising networks, content delivery networks or font providers.
9. Social media
This website links to profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn and Vimeo. These are simple links: no content is embedded from those platforms and no data is transmitted to them unless you actively click through. Once on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.
10. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk of the processing, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control, software updates and regular backups.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes or changes to the website. The date of the latest version is shown below.
